Since the launch of the salesINSIGHT dashboard in early 2005 we have focused our work in a few key areas:

  1. Introducing the salesINSIGHT dashboard to corporate customers for the internal evaluation of their organisation. Some recent customer testimonials demonstrate how the salesINSIGHT dashboard is being used to drive improvements in sales organisations.

  2. Establishing salesINSIGHT benchmarks for external evaluation against which businesses and industries can compare to each other. New Zealand is taking the lead on establishing a country-wide benchmark. NZ salesINSIGHT results expose some interesting early insights shared across the entire country.
